Get Authorized to Load

To begin loading at Senergy, customers must complete a few steps:

  • Credit Application: Fill out our credit application to establish your account.
  • Driver Authorization: Complete a driver authorization form for each driver who will access the terminal.
  • Trailer Information: Submit trailer information to ensure seamless loading.

  • Attend safety orientation before using the terminal.
  • Follow the orders of our Terminal Manager while on the property.
  • Adhere to all posted signage.
  • Wear seat belts in your vehicle while on the property.
  • Chock tires before offloading.
  • Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Turn off all electrical systems on your truck while unloading.
  • Refrain from using cell phones while in the terminal.
  • Avoid performing maintenance on trucks while in the terminal.
